Sesame Osteoporosis Osteopenia Remedy. Sesame seeds are used in salads and in cooking. Also, many of us use Tahini which is made with sesame. Using tahini or adding Sesame seeds to salads or in cooking may be useful for those of us wanting to increase bone density.
Why? Scientific studies show that these seeds stimulate our osteoblasts (bone building cells) and so sesame can be part of any dietary program aimed at increasing bone density.
To be honest I was surprised when I read this. But I went to the USA government web site that documents scientific studies related to health issued and found that there ARE scientific studies about the Sesame Osteoporosis Osteopenia dietary help.
